
Feeling really bad this morning. Hungry but don’t want to eat. Determined though since I’m finally bumping my metabolism out of starvation mode. I went in the kitchen with the intent of using organic roasted chicken bouillon to make broth and add some protein powder. I left with this. Whey protein and Just Gelatin (added and mixed to cool water then added to hot broth), two handfuls of fresh baby spinach, left over sliced turkey sausage, and left over protein veggies and brown rice mix.
